It can be a learning experience that you can take with you when you yourself have joined the corporate world.

It all depends on what things interest you outside of school or those jobs that are related to the course that you are majoring in.
If you are interested in photography, look for an assistant job. You not only get paid, you also get to learn valuable photography tricks that you can use later.
There are a variety of weekend jobs that are available for college students. The main thing for you to do is look at one that is consistent with what you can do and what you want to do.
Remember that the weekend job is just to supplement your allowance and give you some financial freedom but should not take away your time from staying in school and getting an education.
